This is an opportunity to transition to a role as a Crew Control Shift Lead. This position oversees and manages daily crew operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between flight crews and ground staff to uphold the highest standards of safety, customer service, and performance meanwhile providing leadership and setting an example to the whole Crew Control team.
