Union Aviation AS is engaged in private jet aircraft business by ensuring full cycle of aircraft operation management, which includes maintaining the airworthiness of aircrafts, doing flight planning and coordination, selling aircraft charters, as well as gives support to private jet acquisition deals.

Employees are our most valuable asset, so we are looking for a motivated, educated, and talented individual to join our team in the position of ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Verifying and recording supplier invoices and delivery notes;
Verifying and recording advance payments and travel expense reimbursements;
Making entries in the accounting system;
Performing account reconciliation with suppliers;
Providing employees with information on matters within your area of expertise.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Education in accounting, economics, finance, or other exact sciences;
Experience in data entry, accounting document processing, and basic bookkeeping;
Knowledge of the Latvian and English languages, mainly writing and reading;
Ability to work with large document flows and knows how to request information;
Strong skills in MS Excel;
Experience in logistics, transport, or freight industries is considered an advantage.
