Join us as a Customer Experience Specialist in Riga, youll be at the heart of our customer operations. From order placement to delivery, your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is handled with precision, care, and a solutions-first mindset. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate logistics all while delivering exceptional service that reflects the NORIT brand.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone, manage orders from receipt to delivery, negotiate revised shipping dates, when necessary,
- Coordinate shipment of NORIT products to the customer, including managing changes in shipment dates, product selection and quantities,
- Maintain master data information in ERP and CRM systems, enter orders, process requests,
- Ensure smooth customer experience by professional customer handling, feedback gathering, problem solving and analyzing customer behavior to be able to offer better solutions to their needs,
- Work with internal teams that are involved with product sales, planning, manufacturing, and logistics,
- Adhere to NORIT policies and procedures including safety, internal control, regulations, and ISO Standards,
- Work with Export and Import order entries and execution follow ups,
- Prepare, gather, distribute shipment related documentation,
- Work with Supply Chain replenishment orders.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in customer service or sales, preferably in manufacturing, B2B or logistics setting,
- University degree preferred (current students also considered),
- Ability to work in a schedule from 11:00-19:30 or 14:30-00 (Mon-Fri),
- Proficiency in English,
- Additional language skills like German, French, Spanish, Dutch and others will be considered as a plus,
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills,
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities,
- A collaborative attitude and customer-first mindset.

- Monthly gross salary from 1400-1800 EUR gross monthly depending on obtained qualifications and experience,
