- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality management systems is a strong asset.
Darba pienākumu apraksts
Job Purpose: To safeguard product quality at all stages incoming, in-process, and outgoing by
ensuring effective inspection processes, promoting compliance with ISO13485 and customer requirements, supporting production in quality issue resolution, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workflows for incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to legal, customer, and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Perform incoming inspections, record quality data, and complete Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) within 24 hours.
- Train employees on workflow standards, workmanship, metrology, MSA, and SPC.
- Conduct Supplier Quality (SQ) and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections as per schedule.
- Maintain and improve metrology tools, jigs, and gauges used in inspections.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead cross-functional improvements to prevent quality issues.
- Ensure proper handling of non-conforming materials in collaboration with production.
- Participate in containment actions to support quick production recovery.
- Manage qualification of new materials and support new process development.
