Were on the hunt for a PPC Specialist to grow our reach on Pinterest and Snapchat. If you're hungry to grow, laser-focused on performance, and excited to take ownership from day one - you'll fit right in.

At Nutrameg, we craft high-quality, science-backed nutrition products that help people take charge of their health. As part of our performance marketing team, you'll be instrumental in driving customer acquisition through bold, data-driven, and scroll-stopping campaigns.

This isn't a role where you sit on the sidelines. You'll launch campaigns, lead experiments, and push ideas live fast - all while collaborating with a passionate team of designers and marketers who value impact, creativity, and getting better every day.

What will you do

Launch and manage paid campaigns on Pinterest and Snapchat platforms to drive user acquisition, conversions, and product awareness
Craft ad copy and select visuals that stop the scroll and spark action
Monitor key performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better CPA
Keep up with platform trends and spot opportunities to test new formats or creatives
Brainstorm with Designers to unlock new creatives that converts

Applicant requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with paid social media ads (Pinterest, Snapchat, or similar platforms)
A strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA)
A curious, analytical mindset - you're not afraid of spreadsheets or split-tests
Experience with writing ad copy that gets in to the readers mind & changes their behaviour they buy stuff / register / sign-up
Able to work & make decisions independently, have transparent and open communication
It would be beneficial if you knew some graphic design software (canva, photoshop, other)

Salary

Depending on your experience, qualifications and performance 2500 EUR - 3000 EUR GROSS
