Coral Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Head of Branch with a Strong Sales Focus to lead, develop, and support sales and operational processes in the local market. This role also includes managing the team of the Latvian branch and overseeing operational and financial activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
We are looking for a proven leader with a solid background in sales, who can inspire teams, drive growth, and implement effective strategies to achieve ambitious targets.

 About you
  • You have more than 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian, English, and Russian languages (English and Russian are required for communication with international colleagues and distributors)
  • Proven experience in sales and operational management
  • Experience leading a team of at least 5 people
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to make key decisions, solve problems, and maintain a service-oriented approach

What you will do
  • Lead and manage the Latvian branch team
  • Oversee daily operations and financial management of the branch
  • Create favorable conditions for distributors to work effectively with clients: organize product presentations, develop communication guidelines, and implement marketing promotions
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with regional distributors, supporting the distributor network
  • Analyze and understand the regional market, identifying growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders
  • Optimize internal processes to develop a customer-centric service approach
  • Maintain financial and product accounting
  • Work with analytics based on statistical data to support business decisions
