Requirements:
- English at B2-C2 level (negotiation, business correspondence) Any additional foreign language (e.g. Italian, French, German, Polish, Greek, etc.) will be considered as an advantage;
- Higher education in sales/marketing (or related) will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Strong negotiating skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and with tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for key accounts;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts;
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations;
- Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction;
- Strengthen relationships to improve customer retention;
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
