Job Brief

We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Riga. This is a full-time shift-based position where you will provide fast, friendly, and professional support to our global customer base. If you enjoy problem-solving, can stay calm under pressure, and want to develop your career in the fast-paced fintech and cryptocurrency industry, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat or email.
Handling customer complaints and providing solutions within the set time limits.
Providing accurate and complete information using the right tools.
Documenting and reporting technical issues to the IT team.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.

Requirements

Fluent in English, and good knowledge of Latvian
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discipline.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging customer situations.
Interest in the cryptocurrency industry and willingness to learn more about it.
Availability for shift work, including weekends (7:30-15:30; 15:30-23:30; 23:30-7:30, etc.)
