JOB MISSION
Ensures the effective functioning of the Customer Service Department, optimizes processes, enhances customer experience, and contributes to the company's growth through collaboration with other departments.
OUTCOMES
- Organize own and teams work to deliver tasks effectively and in line with company values
- Lead, motivate, and develop the customer service team
- Improve efficiency through process optimization, automation, and data analysis
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure quality standards
- Resolve complex customer issues and implement service improvements
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure accurate execution of processes
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience leading customer service or operations teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of process optimization and data analysis
- Ability to monitor KPIs and prepare reports
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with CRM and call center systems
