What Youll Be Driving:

Leading tech team;
Server-side developing of products using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core (Web API), EntityFramework Core, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Docker;
Developing high-load services;
Application architecture design;
Code reviewing and improving the current team's skills;
Working in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business;
Closely communicating with BAs, product and project managers, providing the best solutions and influencing the product.

Cross-team collaboration (working with Product, QA, Project Manager on quarterly planning and dependencies).
Product mindset proven track record of aligning engineering efforts with real business goals and customer needs.
Adaptability - high flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving context and adjust plans based on new information.
Upper-Intermediate+ English level and fluent Ukrainian.
