This is the perfect opportunity for those with an accounting or finance background who want to make a career switch into the world of SAP consulting, no previous SAP experience needed, just motivation to learn and grow!

Responsibilities:

1st Level Support
Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/ticketing system or phone
Process and monitor technical incidents
Advise and support the customer in consideration of functional requests
Assist the customer in resolving 1st-level issues
Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd level of support
Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research
Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and professionalism

Requirements:

Fluency in German and English (each at least C1 level)
Studies in economics with a focus on financial management or accounting, (business) computer science, engineering, or natural sciences, (applied) mathematics or comparable courses of study or equivalent training
Previous work experience in the Accounting or Controlling area, understanding of related processes
Confident handling of Microsoft Office
High level of commitment and flexibility
Strong customer orientation, communication and teamwork skills
Technical understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn complex technologies "on the job"
Results-oriented, independent working style with a high level of commitment

Monthly gross base salary from 1500 to 2000 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
Hybrid way of working, based on your own preferences, with cozy office space in the center of Riga, when needed.
