About the role

We are now looking for a Solution Expert a hands-on professional who ensures that our systems and infrastructure remain reliable, secure, and ready for the future.

Responsibilities
- Lead implementation processes and effectively communicate with client, providing excellent service
- Implement, support and document the project solution IT infrastructure
- Provide full technical support, including visits and manage system configuration and setup.
- Participate in evaluating hardware and software solutions for customer projects
- Implement and maintain desktop and server systems following best practices
- Contribute to technical documentation and the development of IT policies and standards
- Support and ensure compliance with established security policies
What we expect
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT specialist, system administrators or technical consultants with hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft based operating systems, networking, and virtualization (VMware)
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and network devices
- Knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, and VPN technologies
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Fluent English, both written and spoken for close work with international customers
- Ability to travel for work
Experience with Office 365 / Azure, DevOps, Palo Alto, Cisco, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure as Code, or Zabbix will be an advantage.
