This is the job.
- Create and manage comprehensive test plans and documentation.
- Validate end-to-end workflows, integrations, and regression test cycles.
- Contribute to test case management and traceability to requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure proper defect documentation.
- Mentor junior testers and support manual testing best practices.
You have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field is a plus.
- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web and/or API systems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in test planning, design, execution, and documentation.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
- Ability to analyze logs, perform root cause analysis, and ensure traceability to requirements.
- Working knowledge of SQL, API testing (e.g., Postman), and regression testing.
- Experience mentoring junior testers or supporting team quality practices.
- ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation or Advanced Level) preferred.
