Your daily tasks will include:

•  Define and embed core values that reflect the organizations identity and guide behavior across all levels and HR processes
• Build an inclusive culture narrative that engages employees and candidates while promoting diversity and belonging
• Collect continuous employee feedback to assess culture and engagement, using insights to refine strategies
• Maintain consistent messaging and visual identity across all branding activities
• Ensure authentic and aligned employer branding across communications, events, and campaigns
• Regularly update and refine the EVP to adapt to changing workforce dynamics and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to strengthen brand perception and alignment
• Contribute ideas and content to corporate communications to reinforce culture and employer brand
• Plan and execute global and regional events that foster connection, reflect company values, and provide seamless hybrid or virtual experiences

Your qualifications:

• Background in Marketing, Public Relations, or Human Resources. Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Agile thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Fast learner with curiosity and a proactive mindset.
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork
• Passion for organizational culture, employer branding, and employee engagement

• Monthly salary EUR 2600–3200 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
