💻 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR projects such as global HR system implementations, compensation & benefits redesign, and engagement/culture initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and success metrics in collaboration with HR team & stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and tests on new products and processes
- Drive adoption and measure ROI/post-implementation outcomes
- Continuously improve HR project management standards, templates, and methodologies within the organization
🎯 Who You Are
- Proven project management experience within the HR field
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and how they support business objectives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights and make data-driven decisions
- Comfortable working with data: collecting, analyzing, and translating it into clear recommendations
- Fluent in English, enabling effective collaboration with global teams
