About the role:

You'd be joining the largest sub-team in the Sales Team that focuses on the North America market and is ready to grow further. What describes us the best: we're healthy competitors, where each team member goes for their best, and at the same time we share everything that works with the whole team, to help everyone become better.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Working with high-profile B2B leads and customers from North America
- Building a sales pipeline by working with the Sales Development team
- Managing the sales process to discover customer needs, engaging in value-based conversations, and proactively working with prospects throughout the buying process
- Collaborating with other Printful departments to satisfy customer needs
- Achieving quarterly sales objectives and accurately estimate sales trends
Your qualifications:
- Experience in outbound sales
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a team
- Determination to succeed in sales
- Great communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
What we offer:
- Monthly compensation of 3,200 euros gross upon achieving the set goals, which consists of a base salary of 1,700 euros gross and a variable compensation (if the set goals are exceeded, the total compensation can be significantly higher)
