Job description
Responsibilities
- Inputting, verifying and updating medical and administrative patient data
- Data quality control (accuracy, completeness, consistency)
- Working with medical software and digital healthcare platforms
- Preparing and submitting digital patient records
- Registering treatments and following up on billing and collections with health insurance funds, insurers and patients
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, confidentiality and medical ethics
- Contributing to the development and optimization of databases and process flows to further automate and simplify billing and collections

The Mobile Dentists provides accessible dental care in Belgium to people who have limited or no access to traditional dental practices due to physical, mental or financial barriers.
We operate on-site in care facilities and public institutions, focusing in particular on vulnerable groups, elderly people and persons with disabilities.
Our administrative operations strongly focus on:
- clear pre-treatment financial information for patients,
- accurate written consultation and treatment reports,
- direct reimbursement through health insurance funds, in order to minimize patient costs.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Medical Data Input Officer – Billing & Collections Specialist who will contribute to the professionalization of tariffing, billing and fee collection processes.
