Job Description

Main Area of Responsibility:

Concept leadership within the 3D model

Translating the Director’s input and corrections into:

• Working model solutions

• Clear technical briefs for visualizers

Controlling architectural and spatial logic in visualizations

Ensuring final alignment between concept and model

Key Responsibilities:

Work in the 3D Model

• Fast development, adjustment, and comparison of design options

• Work with architectural volumes, layouts, and interior solutions

• Archicad / Revit / SketchUp (mandatory)

Collaboration with the Director

• Direct working sessions

• Implementing corrections and developing solutions directly in the model

• Discussing and testing alternative solutions

Task Formulation for 3D Visualizers

• Interiors

• Exteriors

• Architectural volumes

• Preparation of clear technical briefs and control of execution

Control of Visual Output

• Proportions

• Spatial logic

• Compliance with the concept and original intent

Mandatory Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or specialized Design

• 5–7 years of experience in architecture / interior design

• Strong independent experience working in 3D modeling

• Understanding of the 3D visualization process (3ds Max, Corona / V-Ray – at process and logic level)

• Experience collaborating with 3D visualizers

Will Be Considered an Advantage:

• Practical experience working in 3ds Max

• Project management experience where architecture and interior are combined into one unified concept

• Participation in premium-segment projects

Not Suitable If You:

• Are only a 3D visualizer without architectural thinking

• Are a junior-level specialist without strong modeling experience

• Work only based on technical briefs without participating in solution development

What We Check During Initial Selection:

• Project portfolio (not only renders)

• Candidate’s role in projects (what was done personally)

• Ability to explain and justify design solutions

• Experience in formulating tasks for visualizers

Work Format:

• Full-time

• Remote work possible

• Regular joint working sessions

• High involvement in the conceptual phase of projects, mainly in the UAE
