We’re currently looking for a team member to help scale the impact of our work by lending a hand at the strategic level.

The Role

You’ll be the senior strategic lead for PR at Truesix, owning campaign direction for key clients and turning business updates into stories that land in the right media. This role matters because it adds senior strategic capacity and raises the quality, consistency, and proactivity of the agency’s PR output.

You’ll help shape how a well-established content-led agency evolves its PR function, with visible influence on client outcomes, team capability, and how Truesix is positioned in the market. You’ll work with ambitious clients (often in tech, telecommunications, startups and public-sector adjacent spaces) and build campaigns aimed at international reach.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own PR strategy for key accounts - define campaign direction, story angles, and target media outcomes, then guide the team to deliver.
  • Turn ambiguity into clear campaigns - analyse client materials, spot what’s interesting, and build structured concepts the team can execute confidently.
  • Lead client conversations at a senior level - run brainstorms, challenge assumptions, and keep momentum even when clients are slow or unresponsive.
  • Build proactive pipelines of ideas - bring strategic opportunities before “hard news” arrives, so clients see Truesix as a true partner, not a reactive service.
  • Delegate and elevate delivery quality -  coach team members, create clarity on who does what, and ensure outputs meet a high bar (without you doing everything yourself).

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven strategic PR thinking - you can consistently generate strong campaign angles and translate them into an executable plan.
  • International media awareness - you understand what makes a story relevant beyond Latvia, and how to target outlets intelligently.
  • Strong English communication - clear in client calls, confident in presenting, and able to shape messaging (even if you’re not the primary writer).
  • Client leadership + stakeholder management - you can guide, push, and align clients - especially when they’re busy, hesitant, or slow to respond.
  • Ownership + delegation mindset - you naturally create structure, distribute work, and raise quality across others (not just “do it all yourself”).

Nice-to-haves

  • Interest in tech/startups and comfort operating in innovation ecosystems (events, accelerators, conferences).
  • Experience shaping campaigns around research, reports, or original data (even if others build the assets).
  • Track record of mentoring/coaching teammates and improving standards across a small team.

Salary & Compensation

  • Base salary: €3,200–€4,200 (gross), depending on experience, seniority, and interview assessment.

Life at Truesix

Truesix is a very horizontal organization, with every team member valued equally. 
The company culture is helpful and collaborative, with everyone chipping in to achieve common goals. Team members are independent workers, able to assess their own workloads, and organize their responsibilities accordingly. When hitting a roadblock, everyone is more than happy to jump onto a brainstorm, kick a few ideas around, or help come up with just the right wording for a puzzling piece.

We kick off every new week with a call to go through all of the relevant tasks, and divvy them up among ourselves. Throughout the week we work on execution of those tasks, sometimes involving internal meetings or meeting with clients. When a team member has put together a material, it’s put in our Slack “editing” channel, where available team members will take a look and offer their suggestions. Together we’re able to strive for the highest quality output by leveraging the talent within our team.

We round out the week with a happy hour to wind down, chat, and draw the line between the workweek and the weekend ahead. Lately the topics have included knitting (many of the Truesix team have taken up this hobby), book recommendations, fun things to do in Riga, and more.
