What You Will Do:
- Leadership & Vision: Drive the UI/UX vision for our online casino, sports betting, and poker products, ensuring all designs are aligned with business goals and brand identity. You'll lead design projects from initial concept to final implementation.
- Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI and UX designers. You will conduct regular design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.
- Design Excellence: Set and maintain the highest standards for product design quality. You'll be responsible for creating and overseeing the development of a scalable design system, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all products.
- Player-Centric Design: Advocate for the player at every stage of the design process. You will leverage data, user research, and A/B testing to inform design decisions, creating intuitive and engaging user journeys.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver world-class products. You'll effectively present design concepts and strategies, articulating your decisions with confidence and clarity.
- Hands-On Design: Maintain a hands-on role in the design process, creating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final assets for key features and new products. You'll set the pace and quality standard for the team.
About Yourself:
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed
- decisions.
- Experience: at least 4 years of experience with Product Design projects or similar roles.
- Visible industry knowledge: understanding of design principles and best practices in iGaming, Finance or similar industry projects
- Teamwork: experience with agile methodologies and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Nice to have: understanding of sports in any form.
- Portfolio: you are proud to showcase your recent works (or general portfolio) upon applying to a position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to perform work duties.

Tavi pienākumi:
- Līderība un vīzija: Virzīt UI/UX vīziju mūsu tiešsaistes kazino, sporta likmju un pokera produktiem, nodrošinot dizaina atbilstību biznesa mērķiem un zīmola identitātei. Tu vadīsi dizaina projektus no sākotnējās koncepcijas līdz galīgajai ieviešanai.
- Komandas vadība un mentorings: Vadīt, mentorēt un iedvesmot UI un UX dizaineru komandu. Tu vadīsi regulāras dizaina skates, sniegsi konstruktīvu atgriezenisko saiti un veicināsi nepārtrauktas mācīšanās un izaugsmes vidi.
- Dizaina izcilība: Noteikt un uzturēt augstākos produktu dizaina kvalitātes standartus. Tu būsi atbildīgs par mērogojamas dizaina sistēmas (Design System), stila vadlīniju un komponentu bibliotēku izveidi un pārraudzību, lai nodrošinātu konsekvenci visos produktos.
- Uz spēlētāju orientēts dizains: Pārstāvēt spēlētāja intereses katrā dizaina procesa posmā. Tu izmantosi datus, lietotāju izpēti un A/B testēšanu, lai pamatotu dizaina lēmumus, veidojot intuitīvus un piesaistošus lietotāja ceļus.
- Sadarbība un komunikācija: Strādāt starpfunkcionālās komandās kopā ar produktu vadītājiem, izstrādātājiem un ieinteresētajām pusēm (stakeholders), lai definētu prasības un piegādātu pasaules līmeņa produktus. Tu pārliecinoši un skaidri prezentēsi dizaina koncepcijas un stratēģijas.
- Praktiskais dizains: Saglabāt praktisku lomu dizaina procesā, veidojot augstas precizitātes maketus (high-fidelity mockups), prototipus un gala materiālus galvenajām funkcijām un jauniem produktiem. Tu noteiksi komandas darba tempu un kvalitātes standartu.
