They partner with international stakeholders to design, build, and operationalize intelligent, scalable systems that drive measurable business impact.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI & ML Lead / Architect who will define and drive architectural strategy for AI and machine learning initiatives at enterprise scale.

You will work closely with engineering, data, security, and business teams to design foundational AI patterns, ensure scalability, and establish robust architectural standards across platforms and products.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of end-to-end AI and ML architectures for enterprise systems
Define reusable architectural patterns for RAG pipelines, AI agents, LLM integrations, and data-centric AI services
Ensure interoperability across cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and enterprise ecosystems
Align AI architecture with governance, compliance, and responsible AI standards
Provide technical leadership across pilot and production AI use cases
Translate complex architectural concepts into clear business language for stakeholders
Mentor engineering teams and guide best practices in scalable AI design

Requirements

Strong experience in enterprise AI architecture and scalable ML platforms
Deep expertise with LLM ecosystems, agent frameworks, and generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
Solid hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
Strong understanding of system integrations and distributed architectures
Experience defining architectural standards and governance frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience with MLOps practices (model CI/CD, monitoring, retraining workflows)
Background in data platform architecture
Experience in regulated environments
Agile delivery experience

What We Offer

Compensation

Gross monthly salary range: EUR 4,500 – 7,500, depending on experience and architectural expertise.

Final offer is determined individually based on professional background and interview results.
