Are you passionate about building new partnerships with fast-growing eCommerce brands and driving their success through innovative print-on-demand solutions? We are looking for a Sales Representative (Europe) to join our fast-growing B2B team, focusing on acquiring new clients across European markets.

Our B2B segment is the next growth engine - and this role is on the front line of building it across Europe.
The Role
You'll own a new-business territory across European eCommerce - Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplace merchants who are scaling and need a production partner that can keep up. Your pipeline, your conversion rate, your number. This isn't a role where leads land in your inbox; it's a role where you build the book of business and directly move the B2B P&L.
In a nutshell: Hunt European eCommerce merchants. Own the full cycle from cold outreach to signed contract. Hand off clean accounts to AM and go close the next one.
What you will do
Drive new business: Proactively identify, approach, and close new B2B clients across European markets, focusing on Shopify, WooCommerce, and other eCommerce merchants with strong growth potential.
Own the full sales cycle: Take full ownership of the sales process from prospecting and qualification to discovery, negotiation, and closing.
Build a strong pipeline: Generate and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activities and inbound conversion, ensuring consistent deal flow.
Drive deals to closure: Actively manage opportunities, handle objections, and lead clients through the decision-making process to successfully close deals.
Ensure high-quality handover: Transfer newly closed clients to the Account Management team with clear alignment for further growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Account Management to align on client solutions and closing strategy.
Represent the company externally: Engage with clients, attend industry events, and strengthen our presence across European eCommerce markets.
Who We're Looking For
Sounds like you?
2–4+ years closing B2B deals in eCommerce, POD, SaaS, or another merchant-facing category.
A real hunter - strong motivation and ability to acquire new clients, build pipeline and close deals.
Track record of full-cycle ownership: you've prospected, negotiated, and closed deals end-to-end.
Understanding of client expectations, communication styles, and business culture across European markets.
Fluent English on negotiation-level calls. Additional European language (DE, FR, ES) is a strong plus.
Comfortable with HubSpot or similar CRM and Sales Navigator.

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + quarterly bonus. OTE: €3,200–€3,600 gross/month.
