About the Role
As an Account / Onboarding manager, you will be a key driver of our growth strategy. Your mission is to build and expand strategic partnerships, develop and scale alternative payment methods, and bring our innovative fintech solutions to a wider market.

What you'll be doing:

  • Led onboarding process of new alternative payment methods across multiple markets
  • Managed end-to-end partnership lifecycle with payment providers - from negotiations to launch and scaling
  • Maintained and developed long-term relationships with payment partners, handling ongoing operational and commercial cases
  • Identified and implemented new APM opportunities to improve payment coverage, conversion, and regional expansion
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business trips

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in onboarding, account management, business development, partnerships, sales, or a similar role
  • Experience in Banking / Fintech / Gaming industries isс a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, with a high level of independence
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and explore new industry trends
