CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (ENGLISH + PORTUGUESE)

DiscoverCars.com is an online car hire reservation agency - serving hundreds of thousand clients per year in more than 10,000 locations worldwide. While our company continues to grow, our goal remains the same – delivering outstanding car hire products with the best possible customer service.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our team of young professionals as a "Customer Support Executive" to work on the evening shifts with clients from more than 145 different countries. If you have Portuguese language skills and have fluent knowledge of the English language, hurry up and apply today!

We will want you to:

Deliver a high level of customer service by:

• Using empathy/positive language when answering questions while customers are browsing our website.
• Helping each customer find their ideal car.
• Spotting opportunities to provide information that your customer may require at a later stage.
• Dealing with requests for booking and pick-up.
• Conducting post-travel investigations after the rental has finished.
• Consistently creating encouraging experiences for our customers, whether they’re booking online or over the phone.

We expect from you:

• Fluent in English and 2-nd language Portuguese, both spoken and written.
• Respectful and confident communicator; passionate about providing the best experience possible.
• Has superb problem-solving skills and is able to flex to different customer profiles.
• Takes ownership of his work and multi-tasks well.
• Ready to join us for a full-time position on a rotational shift pattern.
