We are searching for a team member to join our Riga team.
Position: Customer Service Agent (Aviation)
Working hours: 16:30 - 01:00
Place: from home (fully remote)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in ticket refunds and changes in Galileo (GDS) or Amadeus
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good communication skills
- Assisting clients with chat requests
- Doing ticket refunds and changes
- Managing bookings in Galileo (only fixing complex cases)
- Training clients on how to use the booking tool
- Calling clients for feedback
- Weekend chat and weekend emergency line monitoring (paid extra)
Salary: negotiable, starting from 800 EUR NET (depending on the expertise)
Time of commencement: 1st of April
