You will be a part of our focused business development team. Your main responsibility will be to work on all aspects of AGroup/HRB Portal brand recognition, creating a Thought Leadership
image in the Baltic countries.
Your daily tasks will entail:
• Carrying out AGroup marketing projects from A–Z
• Developing a customer-focused marketing plan (setting goals, targets, deadlines)
• Conducting marketing analysis, identifying potential marketing channels and developing
Communication and partnership strategies for them
• Creating and sharing content on the key challenges & achievements of HRTech like:
o Client’s case studies
o Legislation challenges in the Baltic countries related to HR
o HR Business practices emanating from specifics of particul verticals (Retail, Production, Banking, etc.)
• Organising AGroup conferences and participation in the 3rd parties’ conferences
• Conducting surveys on brand recognition
• Supporting sales processes when needed

• Responsible and self-motivated person with the ability and motivation to learn quickly and
use new instruments and technologies
• Must have higher education in the field of marketing, economics or computer science
• 1+ year in PR/Marketing in B2B environment
• Excellent communication & writing skills
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Latvian is a strong plus. Russian
language – nice to have.
