- Interview clients about payroll & HR processes in their company
- Demonstrate software to clients
- Constructively communicate to clients payroll & HR process best practices
- Document in detail processes and related reports in a business requirements specification
- Perform system set-up according to process description in business requirements specification
• Providing support to a variety of clients by answering support queries via our helpdesk
• Working pro-actively with the team to effectively manage open cases and responding within agreed timescales
• Software requirements analysis and communication with the team about system change requests and/or errors

• Knowledge of payroll calculation processes, principles and best practices
• Hight IT aptitude: productivity software (MS Office, Gmail), knowledge of SQL, logical and mathematical reasoning, analytical skills
• Business process written description and visual representation skills
• Able to precisely formulate tasks and assignments for team members defining priorities
• Fluent in Latvian & English, preferably (but not obligatory) Russian as well
• Precision and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good time management skills and ability to estimate own time required to complete a task

You will be part of a Support team. As an Consultant, you will be responsible for providing first class IT support, helping with errors resolutions, as well as assisting with a variety of projects. You will be working closely with end clients and software development team.
