We are looking for people with Can do attitude, highly motivated and enthusiastic, knowledgeable in the work area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting, with a strong emphasis on Purchase to Pay
(PTP) + Account Payables (AP);
- Experience with PTP module in accounting systems and payment process/ banking set up;
- Advanced English level;
- Advanced Excel knowledge and PC work;
- Preferably expierence in various financial projects and in interaction with outsourced teams
(BPO);
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excelent written & verbal communication skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Permanent interaction with the Accenture team (BPO);
- Interaction with the business in the area of PTP/ AP process and managing business remarks
and escalations;
- Payments of invoices as per requests received requests / emergencies of the day;
- Implementation project of new invoicing platform for suppliers in Latvia – onboarding of
vendors, supporting them in the use of platform (Tradeshift).

- Gross salary 1298.37 EUR;
