What we expect from you
- Practical experience with advanced IP network solution design and implementation and troubleshooting of related network and connectivity issues
- Practical experience in design, development, and deployment of cloud-based network solutions using AWS core services according to basic architecture best practices. Knowledge in design and maintain network architecture for all AWS services, and leverage tools to automate AWS networking tasks
- Skills and knowledge in network routing, network access, IP connectivity, IP services, security, and automation and programmability comparable to CISCO CCNA, CCNP training programs would be an advantage
- Experience with troubleshooting & Investigation with TCP/IP networks, including tracing and relevant tools (pcap, tcpdump, Wireshark etc.) and relevant protocols
- Experience with following protocols IP, BGP, OSPF, TCP/UDP. Knowledge of mobile network protocols SS7, Diameter, GTP, RADIUS will be a good advantage
- Preferable, technical skills and expertise backed by AWS Advanced Networking certificate/training in advanced networking architectures and interconnectivity options (e.g., Direct Connect, IP VPN, VPC, MPLS/VPLS, CIDR, CGW, sub-netting)
- Familiarity with network virtualization, SDN, container, L3 and above
- Good experience with Linux systems and basic with Linux administration
- Would be an advantage for the candidate to have experience with AWS in general including Docker and Kubernetes
