Crewing Manager/Superintendent

∙ at least three years experience in a position of a crew manager/assistant
∙ higher education would be an asset;
∙ good communication skills;
∙ good computer skills; experienced in use of electronic crew database systems;
∙ good skills in English, Latvian and Russian;
∙ strong sense of responsibility, stress resistance, good planning skills, time management and flexibility.

∙ recruitment of the crew for the assigned fleet;
∙ proper manning of the vessels (pre-selecting, monitoring and managing all relevant processes and related to the specifics of the business activities, and acting as a link between seafarers, vessels, clients, ship-owners and ship managers).
∙ selection of the candidates;
∙ crew changes planning;
∙ supervising all joining formalities and crew documentation;
∙ ensuring that all the processes are in compliance with relevant legislation, flag state and company requirements.
