Dental Art, founded in 2008, is an international dental organisation headquartered in Riga that operates dental clinics in both Latvia and the United Kingdom. Due to the continued growth and success of our business, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales Team. This role is for work solely with our UK business customers in English. In the short term during the pandemic the role is fully remote, however in the long term it will return to being a full time office based role in Riga.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a person with experience in Sales and Customer Service to work in an exciting and rapidly growing international company.

• Providing an excellent customer service in English to all potential and existing UK patients
over the phone and via email communication.
• Handling a high volume of lead enquiries, providing quote estimates, and trying to
maximize the number of patient bookings made at the clinics to reach company targets.
• Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to potential customers and existing
customers on a daily basis.
• Outlining the benefits of treatment to all potential patients; educating patients about
treatment processes; overcoming any objections.
• Dealing with existing patients of the clinics, advising them of their next appointment and
booking appointments.
• Logging all information from patients onto an internal database to ensure accurate records
are maintained.
• Working closely with other team members from different departments including marketing,
UK clinic administration and medical staff.

• Minimum of 2 years Sales & Customer Service experience in an English speaking
environment.
• Native or fluent English language skills, with excellent written and oral communication.
• Outgoing personality with a good telephone manner absolutely essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience working for a dental or medical company would be considered an
advantage.
• Ability to work either 10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
