WEBSITE CONTENT ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for Web Content Administrator who will manage and maintain all products’ websites, considering functionality, appearance, content, and performance.

WEBSITE CONTENT ADMINISTRATOR

• Maintain the daily functionality of all websites’ content through custom CMS
(add/edit/delete/enable/disable)
• Create and/or Upload new product information on all websites and/or platforms
• Follow product releases, coordinate with marketing to obtain graphics and add related
content
• Add new products/providers to CRM system
• Assist to other teams with product functionality
• Assist with testing, if needed
Tools used at work: CMS, CRM, JIRA, VPN

• Knowledge of HTML
• Preferrable knowledge and past experience with CMS, CRM, JIRA, VPN
• Basic programming and site customization knowledge
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills required
• Able to manage multiple websites
• High attention to details
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow the deadlines
