• experience in M&A transactions
• good experience in drafting contracts, opinions, letters, registration, government
applications, and other important documents
• responsibility for own performance and good negotiation skills
• ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a multitasking manner
• excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
• excellent knowledge of Latvian and English, good knowledge of Russian / any other
languages are added value
• experience of at least 2-3 years at a Latvian or international law firm
• active interest and ability to engage business development activities for the firm

• salary bruto EUR 2,500 – 3,500 + bonuses
