• strong experience in litigation
• ability to prepare complex documents

• excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
• excellent knowledge of Latvian and English, good knowledge of Russian
• experience of at least 2-3 years at a Latvian law firm
• active interest and ability to engage business development activities for the firm
