PRODUCER FOR VIRAL SOCIAL VIDEOS

We create positive and informative content for over 850 million of our subscribers. Among our most successful projects are 5-Minute Crafts, Bright Side, 123 Go!, AdMe and many more.

We are proud to announce the launch of a highly ambitious start-up project in our new studio in Riga. And in order to get started we urgently need a proactive and goal-driven Producer.

We will be launching a Facebook page with staged pranks, viral social videos and magic tricks.

All their scenes are staged and played out by actors, which is clear from their disclaimer. However, these videos have a sense of realness, as if they were shot with a hidden camera. There are no limits in terms of the plot, it can be practically about anything. But it's important that all scenes are played out by actors and filmed using smartphone to make it look more natural.

So right now we need a Producer for this project who could pick up this idea and hit the ground running!

What we expect from a candidate:

• A strong desire to develop this project from the ground up
• Fluency in English language (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to take part in the shooting process
• Strong leadership and ability to manage teams
• Ability to leverage your network and attract people to the project, negotiate and settle legal matters with them
• Communicate with team members about changes required from their side to achieve greater results
• Utilize creative approach, while making informed decisions backed up by data
• Be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced video production environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce huge amount of videos under time constraints
• Ability to wear several hats: be a manager, creative director and coordinator, all at the same time
