Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 500 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.

Intrum GBS Finance & Accounting unit is globalizing Finance processes within all Intrum countries. This department provides various services from Accounts Payable, Month end closing to Financial and Business controlling etc. If you are diligent, willing to gain more experience or share your knowledge with others – become a part of our growing team.

What you will be doing:

•Handle general ledger daily accounting tasks according to process flow, service and quality requirements.
•Analyze general ledger accounts to identify unusual or irregular transactions and make recommendations to resolve
•Perform and support General Ledger (GL) journal entries
•Support the month end closing process
•Perform monthly reconciliations
•Complete and submit reporting as group required
•Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency in processing or analyzing financial information

What you bring:

•An academic degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
•1+ years of experience in Accounting (preferably GL) and/or Finance field
•Experience of working with Navision would be an advantage
•Ability to meet deadlines, good organizational skills
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
•Good English language skills
•Another languages would be an advantage
