Join the success story: we are looking for a Release Train Engineer!

Main tasks:

• Lead, optimize, and coach an Agile Release Train (ART). You are in charge of the backlog, the design, the development, the testing, and the smooth production of the developments using the latest technologies and Programs.
• Leading and optimizing the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators
• Facilitating PI planning readiness by encouraging a continuous exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings
• Mentor leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mind-sets
• Help handle risks and dependencies
• Raising and supervising impediments
• Providing input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
• Encouraging collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other partners to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
• Working with the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) on program execution and operational excellence
• Assisting in budget exercise with the aim of facilitating features and capability estimation of the teams.
• Facilitate system demos and solution demos
• Drive steadfast improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assessing the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and helping them improve
• Running and supervising personnel involved in release management and scheduling activities, coordinating and assigning responsibilities to subordinates, and leading all aspects of the successful completion of all work you're doing
• Attach importance to the Program KPI's, and assist in measuring them in collaboration with the architects and agile teams.

Experience required:

• Minimum eight (8) years of working experience in a Lean, Agile environment.
• Prior experience as an RTE is plus
• Knowledge of DevOps techniques & Tools
  Certification:
• Required: Leading SAFe (SAFe agility)
• Preferable: SAFe program consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer
