Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 500 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.

What you will be doing:

•Maintain, oversee and ensure accuracy of information related to all accounting and financial reporting to Group Finance or Local Countries
•Lead performance including planning, reporting, analysis and business partnering
•Identify and coordinate improvements and automation efficiencies to operations-related business processes, recommend action steps
•Lead system integrations, testing, and upgrades for business functionality
•Develop and deliver presentations and trainings to key stakeholders and the team
•Document financial, accounting, and operational guidance, policies, procedures or technical advices

What you bring:

•Proven experience in Accounting
•An academic degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
•Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
•Proficient communication, problem solving and analytical skills
•Ability to meet deadlines, good organizational skills, as well as ability to work under limited supervision in a fast changing environment
•Open attitude and proactive behavior
