Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person who can manage and develop People Mobility function across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Manage team of Mobility Specialists;
• Partnering with company stakeholders to provide flawless people mobility services;
• Together with business leaders establish and maintain procedures and policies related to People Mobility;
• Cooperate with Immigration Agencies to establish mobility network across the company;
• Present business leaders with forecasts and immigration regulation updates both in the Republic of Latvia and globally;
• Manage international assignments and expatriate management within the company;
• Cooperate with Talent Acquisition team to execute relocation process of new colleagues;
• Consult and guide mobility specialists of other locations on company mobility concept;
• Serve as a direct point of contact for company employees to provide mobility related consultations to the US, Canada, Europe, CIS and other countries as needed;
• Perform end-to-end relocation of international employees to the Republic of Latvia;
• Ensure and oversee administration of mobility related formalities and act on behalf of company to ensure timely cooperation with respective institution in regards work permits, immigration queries, and insurances;
• Manage formalities in connection with employee posting to other company locations;
• Ensure timely submission of annual TRP applications to OCMA on behalf of the company and manage process of appointments for annual TRP registration at OCMA for relocated employees;
• Maintain information on expiration dates of residence permits/ID cards for international employees (Non-EU and EU);
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.

Requirements:
• Experience in People Mobility function;
• Previous experience in cooperation with/in Human, Resources, Finance or Tax and other internal stakeholders;
• Very good understanding on Latvia Immigration regulations;
• Practical experience in management of relocation process to-from Eastern/Western Europe;
• Experience in managing short/long-term assignments;
• Cooperation with Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs Republic of Latvia, Investment and Development Agency of Latvia and other Immigration related governmental authorities;
• University degree;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Russian language strongly preferred;
• Very good computer literacy;
• Good people management skills;
• Adaptive communication manner;
• Good organizational and administrative abilities;
• Very high attentiveness to the details and accuracy of information processing;
