Requirements for candidates
- Excellent understanding of the Digital environment and Internet;
- Excellent understanding on how the SaaS sales process and products function;
- Understand our ideal customers and their interactions with our products;
- Any marketing experience will be considered an advantage;
- Bachelor’s degree will be considered as an advantage;
- Strong proven sales skills and experience is a must;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of spanish is as an advantage but not mandatory
Job description
- Setting up sales process from scratch;
- Aligning the CRM system according to the designed sales process and carrying out necessary integrations with the marketing systems;
- Coordinating with marketing department on lead generation;
- Sales campaign setup and execution;
- Sales leads processing (emails, calls, demo, presentations);
- Creating and managing the in-house sales team (in the near future);
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales process and team (in the near future);
- Development and management of required sales materials;
- The ongoing team training and support;
- Tracking sales goals and reporting on results as necessary;
- Measure and report on the performance of sales campaigns.
