Job Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Social media content creation and design – 2D visual graphics, video editing, animations, descriptions, etc.;
- Online community management – customer requests, polls, events, forums, and other interactions with the community;
- Planning social media communication and contributing to the development of engaging social media strategies;
- Other visual marketing material creation when required;
- Newsletter content development;
- Reporting insights and information based on KPIs;
- Coordination of outsourced services when needed;
- Brainstorming and collaborating with the team on various marketing projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social media and digital graphics design;
- Demonstrable digital graphic design skills (portfolio required) and a strong eye for visual composition;
- High proficiency with the required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Adobe Suite software (Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), InDesign, Blender (optional, but a good skill to have);
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization;
- Self-starting ability and willingness to learn
