Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain highly reliable and scalable web services and UIs
- Collaborate with a team of other developers in an agile environment
- Actively participate in the project and voice your ideas and solutions
- Maintain a good programming style and stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trend
Our requirements:
- Extensive experience of coding in modern JavaScript or TypeScript and Node.js
- Strong experience with one or more frontend libraries such as React/Vue.js/Svelte
- Experience building scalable and high-availability GraphQL/REST APIs and working with SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL) and key-value stores/message brokers Redis/Memcached
- Solid knowledge about programming, design patterns and web protocols
- Solid knowledge about best practices in web security (OWASP)
- Experience with debugging, profiling and optimising web apps
- Familiar with Git, Unix and Jira
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Good communication and personal skills: ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team and a strong sense of project ownership
Nice to have:
- Experience with e-commerce solutions
- Experience with test automation tool such as Jest/Cypress
- Experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, Cloudwatch, S3, SNS, SES, RDS)
