Join our team! We are looking for a IT Financial Controller in Riga HQ office!

Responsibilities and potential missions:

• Ensure that consistent accounting and cost allocation principles are applied across all IT entities process
• Prepare IT cost billing by reviewing time reports and IT functions costs across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, while adhering to Group’s transfer pricing policies
• Prepare summarized billing information for accounting department and upkeeping billing database
• Provide the Group entities’ management and the relevant department heads with IT budget performance analysis, explaining the results and suggesting improvements
• Advise management regarding improvements in business processes, based on the accumulated experience in the Group
• Help in budgeting and reforecasting IT Function’s costs
• Advise department heads across IT Function regarding budget preparation and execution process
• Summarize relevant financial data for monthly reporting needs
• Constantly look for improvements to reduce time and increase accuracy of the reporting
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports for management and external stakeholders
• Preparation and assisting in creation of financial statements

Qualifications, talents and some must haves:

• University degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in the Financial field in a similar position
• Successful experience in financial analysis
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Corporate accounting experience, including overheads and payroll
• Diligent with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and leaderships skills
• Highly proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Knowledge about IA capitalization and IT industry will be considered as an advantage
• Fluent English and Latvian
