Responsibilities
- Control and preparation of management reports of business activities for several group companies located abroad
- Control /review / audit of accounting data of several group companies
- Maintenance of Unified Accounting and Reporting process within the Group (unified chart of accounts, cost center structure, accounting data export reports)
- Control of financial data quality in accordance with Local legislations and with Group policies - correctness, timeliness, cut-offs, accruals, data audits
- Preparation of financial performance reports to financial and operational stakeholders in a timely manner, ensuring high quality of data accuracy
- Statutory & IFRS reporting
- Preparation of data for audit of financial statements
Understanding of taxation including deferred tax asset/liability calculations - Inleading the budgeting and financial planning process including cash flow forecasting
- Perform cost control and main KPI analysis
- Evaluation of internal processes to provide improvements and efficiency gains
- Assisting management with ad hock requests
- Implementation of new processes and collaboration with other country finance and accounting teams
- Successful collaboration with other departments and country teams
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or equivalent experience in “Big 4”, experience in financial institutions will be considered as advantage
- Experience in control of Accounting data quality and Reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS and understanding of loan portfolio accounting
- Experience in preparation of Financial Statements/Annual Reports
- Knowledge of preparation of consolidated financial reports will be considered as advantage
- Experience in communication with auditors during Financial Statement audit process
- Ability to fit in dynamic and quickly changing work environment
