We are looking for a responsible person who is interested in working with an ambitious coworkers and who likes to solve challenging tasks. An ambitious, full of energy and passioned specialist who would like to build the career in client relations management in e-commerce and payments industry
what you will be working on
- help to build relationships with acquirers / alternative payment methods (APM) providers;
- support Business Development team on all stages of communication with partners (negotiations, onboarding, integration, live);
- work with partnership documentation (forms, letters, agreements)
liaise with KAM, finance, engineering teams to share all details and updates regarding the partner; - be ready for business correspondence, assessing commercial, technical & legal requirements of potential cooperation;
- do research on potential partners & payment methods which are demanded;
- support current partnerships and look for areas for improvement.
what you need to succeed in this role
- relevant experience at least for 6 months;
- excellent knowledge of English;
- knowledge of basic legal corporate documents;
- ability to manage the process and involve needed team members at the right moment;
- great, if you have experience in e-commerce.
