JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTANT IN ACCOUNTING TEAM

You will receive an opportunity to learn about shipping process and accounting tasks within shipping from the very bottom up to monthly and yearly closing tasks. In this position, you will also get acquainted with different accounting softwares (e.g., SAP) and modules (AP, AR, GL), learn about teamwork and develop your professional skills.

Your main tasks will be:

• Ensure high quality of data processing in areas of bank transaction uploading, payment
processing, credit card report preparation, dunning and interest invoicing, vendor/customer
data maintenance etc.
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable monitoring
• Correspondence with stakeholders - customers, vendors, colleagues from other offices
• Provide support and backup to team members and MSC agents to the extent needed
• Perform different other finance/accounting related tasks
