This is the job.
- Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment and on-boarding according to established process and in alignment with best practice
- Provide support in recruitment activities - candidate searching, screening, interview organizing, feedback gathering etc.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Organize activities to strength employer branding (web page, prepare materials for internal communication, participate in organisation events - on site and digital etc)
- Maintain & implement unified policies and procedures
- Be involved in other HR processes on demand
You have:
- Deep understanding of HR Management processes, practices and programs
- Higher education, university degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology is a plus
- At least 3 years proven work experience in recruitment, employer branding, on-boarding (IT industry is a plus)
- Expertise in labor market, digital recruitment channels and information visualization tools
- Goal- and solution oriented personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Latvian and English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Workday is a plus
