PAID INTERNSHIP IN LOGISTICS

Procurement`s main duties and responsibilities are leading tender processes for trucking and providing support for the strategic purchases from IT, administrative/local suppliers for several MSC Agencies. Procurement also must ensure the compliance of procurement policies and procedures in the Agencies.
Day to day tasks are based on tenders’ schedules and operational daily routines. Working at Procurement means being able to analyze data, pay attention to detail, and be responsible and accurate when preparing documents. 

During this internship (minimum 3 months) main responsibilities will be:

• gathering statistics
• validating the data for specific tenders
• monthly KPI creation & analysis
• creating & maintaining vendors lists

• accurate, ready to work with numbers and ensure high quality of data
• flexible and ready to take up new responsibilities
• a proficient Excel user
