This is the job.
- Become a lead in scoring projects to improve Operational decisions for different countries;
- Act as contact between these countries and the central Analytics team;
- Discuss and identify potential for data-driven improvements;
- Contribute in Analytical development projects run from the central team;
- Communicate with the Data Management teams responsible for Group DWs about data availability and quality, related to your projects.
You have:
- Master’s degree in analytics, data science, or related is preferred, although experience in applied data science projects in financial services or credit management will be heavily considered;
- Experience with R, Python, or equivalent technologies to perform complex statistical analyses on both internal and external data;
- Demonstrated history of delivering action-oriented insights to business leaders that led to significant growth or improvement;
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), ability to present suggestions and results and contribute to discussions;
