• Control of projects' progress. Accurate and timely submission of progress for invoicing purposes.
• Overseeing operations of SINTEC EU.
• Day-to-day leadership and management of PM department, comprising of sales, tendering, full scale project management and staffing.
• Working closely with MD to align operations processes and standards with strategic direction of the group.
• Making recommendations to the MD for improvements to company’s operations, procedures and policies.
• Helping MD in formulating business strategy, assisting with budget, and implementing IT systems.
• Full responsibility for technical operations, installation and maintenance of any equipment company comes across.
• Design and set technical standards across the company.
• Provide technical lead in developing business opportunities with relevant projects and preparing proposals in response to Request for Quotations, be the primary technical interface with the client. Make recommendations to the executive team on projects.
• Support technical and operations team by adding technical excellence to proposals and presentations. Analyze tendering data, and regularly present to management.
• Communicate with senior management on risks and technical issues in an appropriate and timely manner. Prepare technical and commercial reports. Make recommendations on technical wellbeing and requirements of the company to be a leader and to sustain growth.
• Supervise every phase of the project, through PM team. Performing daily control checks of all systems. Visiting projects when necessary.
